Keith Chiles has been commissioned several organizations to overhaul their operational and computing structure.  He works with the management team to develop short-term and long-term plans and helps company employees implement those plans.  Guided by the strategic plan, he has lead teams to rebuilt the entire technology function of organizations and evolved them from the company's worst business problem and into showpieces of reliability.
