Remington Revolvers

 

 These are projects involving Remington Revolvers.  The most common Remington Revolver used in Cowboy Action Shooting is the Remington New Army, which is based on an 1858 patent.  Most of these projects are based on reproductions of the 1863 Remington New Army revolver

58 Remington Cartridge Conversion  Convert the 58 Remington Cap and Ball revolver into a .45 ACP cartridge revolver. The pictures were done in a very high resolution and may be slow to load.  The gun shoots very well, but the project is not yet complete.

Remington Pocket Police Revolver  This is the rework of the action of the Remington Pocket Police revolver from being very rough to smooth and clean.
